Paul Goodman

A Chartered Engineer originally from Dundalk in Co Louth, Paul has spent the last 21 years with Intel Ireland out at their Leixlip Campus where he is currently the East Campus Manufacturing Manager where he is responsible for delivering Intel Foundry revenue and Supply Chain goals on the 14nm and Intel 16 tech nodes.

Paul holds a BSc in Engineering Science from the University of Limerick and a BBs in Employment Law from TUD and has built a career at the forefront of semiconductor manufacturing and factory physics.

Having worked in Contract Manufacturing in telecommunications and construction manufacturing he began his Intel career in 2004 as a technician Supervisor role before moving to various roles within the Production group on the Intel Ireland site.

Paul is passionate about education in STEM subjects to deliver a talent pipeline for Intel now and into the future and leads Intel's strategic partnership with Trinity College Dublin. The partnership connects Intel with Trinity researchers and students to help fuel the innovation economy here in Ireland and to create jobs into the future. He took over the Chair of the School of Chemistry Industry Advisory Board in March 2026.
