Charle (Charlie) Dolan M.Eng.Sc. FCIPD

Charlie Dolan FCIPD, has worked in the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry for over 35 years prior to setting up his own Career Guidance and HR company in 2014 having qualified as a Career Guidance Counsellor in 2013. During his industrial career, he has worked in a number of scientific and process engineering roles along with working for 16 years in HR. His Scientific and Engineering roles encompassed Environmental science, Analytical science and both technical support and training before moving to HR where he was involved in the areas of change management, talent management (particularly interns programmes) and succession planning.

Charlie has been involved in the support of incremental change in Education. Charlie continues to be, involved with Universities and Colleges in course development and is a member of the Presidents Panel of (U.L) (University of Limerick) which supports their Quality Review process. Charlie has served on the N.C.C.A. (National Council Curricular Awards) on both Junior and Senior cycle boards. In companies that he currently works with, Charlie is responsible for Intern Recruitment and collaboration in Course Development and advice on programme content and its employability.

Finally, Charlie personally believes in the principle of applying Lifelong learning to himself. Having completed in 2023 an M.B.Sc with the IMI have specialising in Organisational behaviour, Executive Coaching and Leadership and is currently completing a psychology course on Sport Performance Coaching.
