..develop commercially available, high-performance electrode materials using nanomaterials..

I completed my Ph.D. in February 2014 under the guidance of Prof. Kwang-Bum Kim in Materials Science and Engineering from Yonsei University, South Korea. During my Ph.D. program, I studied the synthesis and chemical modification of graphene in addition to related nanocomposites for use in energy storage devices, chiefly supercapacitors and Li-ion batteries.

My long-term goal is to develop commercially available, high-performance electrode materials using nanomaterials, in addition to developing related electrochemical energy storage devices.
